How to Find the Right Home
Finding the right home can feel like an overwhelming task. Some people can’t find anything they like, some find too many and have trouble picking. Some people want something so specific that they’ll never find it, others have such broad needs that nearly any home would work.
I think the key to having a comfortable and successful home search is to take a minute and really decide what features are a want and what are a need. And then to go back through the needs and decide why that particular item is a need. Do you need a garage because you want to park in it or do you just want a big storage area? Do you need 3 bedrooms or do you need a bedroom, a guest room, and an office? Once you understand what you need and why, it becomes much easier to not only identify the right properties, but to help select the final choice.
Most home searches start online. You can search everything in the Tucson MLS on this site. You can also explore Tucson’s neighborhoods here too, find a place that feels good to you.
We can also create a custom profile for you that will email us both when homes come on the market or change price that match your profile. There’s a private web portal where you can save or reject homes, leave comments, look at all the pictures and description – it’s a handy little system, very helpful.
If you’re ready to get started, send me an email and we’ll make an appointment and get you on the road to your new home.
