I could make a list of a thousand things here that I do for my Buyers, but the bottom line is this:

I’m going to do whatever it takes to help you buy a home, to help you make informed decisions, and to be comfortable and happy with the process.

My job is provide information and resources, to guide you through the deal, to give advice and assistance as needed, and to make sure that your interests are represented and promoted in the transaction.

I’ve got some cool systems that keep us in constant contact and communication, that make sure we are both on top of all the details, and help you organize all the information that floods in during a home purchase.

So that means in addition to providing you all my knowledge and experience and negotiating ability, I take care of a thousand smaller steps like preparing the paperwork and help finding the home and help scheduling inspections and ten million other details. I am the timeline master, keeping you in compliance with the contract and keeping a watchful eye on the other parties involved.
